SHYG Members and Parents,

We are meeting the church on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 4pm to travel up to Coarsegold, CA--where there is a Christian Camp called Camp Oakhurst (~20 miles south of Yosemite).  For additional info about the camp their web site is www.campoakhurst.org. 

Please fill out and bring the Camp Oakhurst Medical & Liability Form and JVC Parent Permission 2008-09 Form with you on Friday. The camp charges $100 per camper-- the churches are picking up $25 so the cost to each SHYG member is $75; please bring it with you on Friday (make checks out to JV Churches).

The Camp has cabins that have bathroom facilities. For more information click on -> meals, what to bring and what not to bring. Saturday morning we’ll do the High Ropes Course and that afternoon the Giant Swing and Climbing Wall. There may be time for a quick swim before heading home. I expect to be home after dark.

There's space available for any SHYGs whose plans have changed and wish to attend that previously could not--just let me know.
